These terms apply to PodPosting on iOS and macOS.

PodPosting gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the app in accordance with these terms and the applicable App Store rules. Do not misuse the app, attempt to disrupt it, reverse engineer it where prohibited by law, or use it to violate another person's rights.
You retain ownership of the audio, images, captions, text, and videos you create or import. You are responsible for ensuring that you own or have permission to use, edit, publish, and distribute that material. PodPosting does not grant rights to third-party podcasts, music, artwork, trademarks, or voices.
RSS, Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and webpage links are used to retrieve public metadata and artwork. A link import does not grant permission to use the referenced content and does not automatically import the episode audio. Third-party services may change or become unavailable.
Speech recognition and timing can contain errors. Review captions, names, quotations, and timing before publishing. You are responsible for the final exported video and any edits or claims it contains.
The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect transcription, compatibility with every file, or continued availability of third-party metadata services. Keep backups of important source files and exports.
Your purchase and use of the app are also subject to Apple's applicable App Store terms, including Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement unless a custom agreement is presented in App Store Connect. Apple processes App Store payments and refunds under its own policies.
We may update these terms when the app or legal requirements change. The updated date above identifies the current version.
