If something is not working, or you need help exporting a podcast clip, send us a short note and we will help you troubleshoot.
Try restarting the app and checking that your audio file is MP3, M4A, WAV, AAC, or AIFF. On Mac, confirm that you selected the source and export destination through the system file panels. On iPhone or iPad, confirm Photos permission when saving an export.
Tell us whether you use Mac, iPhone, or iPad; your operating system version; the PodPosting build number; and whether the issue happened during import, captions, editing, or export.
PodPosting works on device and does not upload your media to us. Please do not email private podcast files unless we specifically ask for a small test file.
